 I accept upfront PayPal payments only.

PayPal invoices will be sent to all the customers within 24h after the order form closes. I normally set the invoice's due date to 5 days, so please make sure you pay in time, otherwise you'll lose the slot.

REFUNDS:

 

No refund once the work is complete. I take no responsibility for any kind of damage caused by the postal services or for missing parcels.

Full refund in case of:

- cancellation on my part, at any time and for any reason

- cancellation on your part before the work has begun

 

Partial refund in case of

- cancellation on your part after the work has begun
